Binions is a self-hosted platform, so most of what you need day-to-day is here in the documentation — but when you do need to get in touch, use the right channel for what you have in mind. This page lists the real ways to contact us; everything else routes back to the website.
Before you write in. If you have hit a problem, the Troubleshooting section and the release notes resolve most issues on the spot. If you still need help, the channels below are the way to reach a human.
Pick the row that matches what you need. There is no support email address, phone line, or live chat — the website and your customer portal are the two real channels, and they cover everything between them.

Security goes through a private channel. Please do not report a suspected vulnerability through the general contact options. Responsible, coordinated disclosure protects every Binions operator — the steps are on Reporting vulnerabilities.
The split is simple. If a question is about your installation — what you are licensed for, a token you need, an invoice, or activating a host — the customer portal is the place, because it already knows who you are and what you own. If a question is about Binions in general — whether it fits your use case, what is on the roadmap, or anything before you have bought — start from the website.
Binions is published by SmartX Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. SmartX Technologies Ltd is the seller of record for all purchases — the party you transact with and the name that appears on your receipts.
Pre-production alpha. Binions is still in alpha. There is no published support SLA or response-time promise yet, and the only contact channels are the two above — we would rather be honest about that than imply more than exists.
